You could say, the media is designed to have multiple firewall levels for each level of awareness in the population. Each level gives you more truth, but until you breach all the levels, you will still be in the dark.
The 1st level is the "celebrity/tabloid level." This one snags quite a bit of people, right away. These are the folks that are easily controlled, easily entertained, and fall for all the sensationalism in society today. These folks are no threat to the establishment as they have no desire to know anything important. Celebrities of all walks of life tend to be used here to sell propaganda to the masses as well based merely on their status and not any truth or facts.
The 2nd level is the "local/nanny news" that many folks tune into and mistaken for "real" news. All it really is, is a local breakdown and dramatization of select pieces of events that happen in the region that "they" see as effective enough to create emotional responses to control the masses on a local level. This is also where the most repulsive "fake" news takes place. The "Nanny" news is anytime they decide it is their duty to tell the public how to live, eat, take care of their children, and dress when you walk outside of your house. This is those "reports" where they get the so-called "expert" to come on and let you know that you need to "bundle-up" when you go outside because its cold and you might catch cold. If you do catch a cold it's important to drink plenty of fluids and get good rest........ ....on and on and on." It's the most dehumanizing and elitist form of news that they feed to the masses that choose to be "out-of-the- loop" on truly important issues.
The 3rd level is a cleanup level for the first two. The first two are designed to "nail" women far more than men. So, to take care of the men, they give you "sports media." Yes, ESPN is the 3rd level of media designed to trap and control the many folks that think sports are the life-blood of America. These are mostly guys who think "Children's games" actually meen something. These are the ones that couldn't tell you a thing about our Republic, but know all the super bowl winners in the NFL. These folks are also very controlled by groups like the NCAA which funnels millions into the universities that act as the "gateways" to success in careers.
